A few important things to know before your appointment. These keep your booking secure and your treatment safe — please take a moment to read them.
A booking fee is required to secure your booking. This is deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
It is your responsibility to arrange the appropriate patch test for your treatment. If you choose to go ahead without one, you can sign a disclaimer at the appointment.
Please check all pre-treatment information emailed to you prior to your appointment, and follow any preparation guidance it contains. If you haven't followed the appropriate pre-care, we may not be able to continue with your treatment and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.
Your booking fee is non-refundable. However, with at least 48 hours' notice you can transfer your booking fee to your next appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment is rescheduled and your booking fee is lost.
No-shows are not tolerated. A no-show with no communication results in no future bookings being allowed.
