booking policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. 

It is your responsibility to arrange the appropriate patch test for your treatment. If you choose to go ahead without one, you can sign a disclaimer at the appointment.

Please take care to check all pre treatment information emailed to you prior to your appointment. 

No rescheduling or cancelling allowed within 48hrs of the appointment. If you wish to reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your 50% deposit will be lost and non-refundable.

If you arrive later than 15 minutes to your appointment, you may have to reschedule and your deposit will be lost.

No shows are not tolerated, any no show with no communication will result in no future bookings being allowed.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Details of each plan, including the products and services provided, are available on our website. Prices are subject to change, and any price adjustments will be communicated to subscribers in advance.

BILLING & PAYMENT
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis on the 1st of each month.

Payment Method: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled by the subscriber.

CANCELLATION POLICY
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal on our website.

Effective Date: Cancellations must be made at least [specific number] days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Updating Information: It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure that all account information, including shipping address and payment details, is accurate and up to date.

Account Access: Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
