- A booking fee is required to secure your booking.
- It is your responsibility to arrange the appropriate patch test for your treatment. If you choose to go ahead without one, you can sign a disclaimer at the appointment.
- Please check all pre-treatment information emailed to you prior to your appointment.
- All payments/deposits are non-refundable; however with at least 48 hours' notice you can transfer your deposit to your next appointment.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling and losing your deposit.
- No-shows with no communication will result in no future bookings being allowed.
